How it Works

We Connect with the Business

• Once they schedule a discovery call because of your referral, they become eligible for the referral program.

You Earn 15%

• You earn 10% of their service fee each month (As long as the client doesn't cancel during their first 12 months)

Refer a Business You Know

• Share our name via email, conversation, or a simple introduction.

• Make sure they're aware and open to connecting.

What Counts as a Referral

We aim to keep this fair, respectful, and easy. A qualified referral is:

• A direct introduction via email, phone, or in-person to a decision maker who is aware they are being referred.

• A submission through our referral form with your contact's permission. In the case of a referral form submission, they must indicate that they were referred by you.

• A business that is not already in our pipeline.

• Someone who schedules and attends a discovery call and indicates you referred them.

• The business must have at least 15 employees.

To honor the spirit of the program, we don't offer rewards for:

• Sharing a company name or LinkedIn profile without contact or permission.

• Referrals who are unaware of your submission.

• Cold or speculative lists of businesses.

• Referrals we've already spoken with independently within the last 12 months.
